Han dado un premio a mi profesor de periodismo
Acabo de enterarme de que la Generalitat de Catalunya ha dado el Premi Nacional de Comunicació de este año a Miquel Macià, director de Nació Digital. Creo que ya he hablado alguna vez de Miquel Macià en este blog: fue mi primer director de periódico, cuando yo aún estaba estudiando en la facultad. Y puedo asegurar que aprendí mil veces más trabajando con él que en la universidad. Mi base profesional viene de Macià. Después otros han añadido enseñanzas, especialmente Tomàs Delclòs, bajo cuyas órdenes llevo trabajando desde el 98, en el Ciberpaís. Pero la base, ese periodismo como aventura vital, esa búsqueda de la verdad... viene de Macià.

Leo en EDRi-gram (atención a las negritas: no perseguirán a los usuarios, pero sí a las webs con publicidad de las que pueda demostrarse que se lucran del peer-to-peer, y se espera que con más ahínco que hasta ahora, para que la industria no se queje. De ahí las últimas revisiones de casos que ya se habían dado por cerrados):
As a ray of sunshine in a European environment favouring the
disconnection of Internet users downloading allegdly copyrighted material, Spain (that
will hold the EU Presidency from 1 January 2010) and Germany have
decided not to join France and UK in promoting three strikes laws.
On 5 November 2009, the Spanish culture Minister Angeles González-Sinde
stated during a TV show that the government "is not considering punitive
measures for the end user of Internet" and that what needs to be
done first was to "attack the origin of all these products that are on the Web
sites, as well as those who benefit from them."
The minister also stated that "What is certain is that culture is a
right and must be accessible but must be compatible with the people living
out of it being able to do it". The Minister's opinions are shared by the
Coalition of Creators and Content Industries as well as by Redtel representing the
Spanish ISPs.
An inter-ministerial commission established by the Government in
October has the task to find ways of ensuring that the availability of cultural
content on the Internet does not reduce the copyright revenues of creators or
content providers. The commission has to provide a report by the end
of this year.

The recently elected German governmental coalition, in a document
outlining its policy proposal issued at the end of October 2009, expressed its
intention to "achieve a high level of protection and an effective
assertion of the copyright law." However, there is no question of disconnecting
Internet access for repeated copyright infringers. "We want to
promote the possibilities of an internal regulation with the participation of the
right-owners and the Internet-providers," says the document. "We
will not take initiatives for legal possibilities to block Internet access in
cases of copyright infringements." The document also includes a commitment to
facilitate European-wide licensing of online rights by copyright
collecting societies.

A ver si me entero: cuando un grupo de frikis proponen una netstrike (manifestación virtual) contra la SGAE, de todas partes salen voces "autorizadas" tachándolo de ataque DDoS, puro y simple bombardeo que es mú malo pa las muelas.
¿Y cuando lo hacen los informáticos vamos a reirles la gracia y decirles que mú bien?
¿Dónde están ahora las voces "autorizadas"?
P2P: la ley les persigue, pero ellos corren más
Estoy a empieza a parecerse al éxodo judío o, al menos, es una persecución que está tomando dimensiones épicas. La semana que viene el Parlamento europeo aprobará muy posiblemente el paquete telekomm. Pero los piratas del P2P corren más. Hacía tiempo que estaban abandonándose los trackers y la centralización que suponen. Ahora lo hace el gran símbolo: Pirate Bay.
La ley, la industria y los políticos llevan persiguiéndoles desde Napster, pero ellos siguen corriendo más. ¿Hasta dónde? ¿Hasta cuándo? Sospecho que Hasta Siempre.

Quiero aclarar que estoy en contra del uso de las mujeres como prostitutas. La prostitución destruye familias y personas. Los hombres y mujeres que recurren a la prostitución para conseguir sexo son enfermos y necesitan urgente terapia psicológica y psiquiátrica, desde mi punto de vista. Las prostitutas son en su gran mayoría mujeres engañadas, esclavizadas y vejadas con la aquiescencia del sistema patriarcal. El sistema patriarcal inventó la figura de la prostituta para que sus mujeres llegasen vírgenes al matrimonio sin que los fogosos de turno las atacasen. No tienen nada que ver las prostitutas sagradas de la antigüedad con lo que vivimos hoy. Que los políticos no hagan nada contra esta lacra sólo demuestra que ellos son los puteros number one.
