Delegación de Gobierno permitirá que se vuelvan a congregar a las 20 horas en Sol atendiendo al derecho a reunión
Parece que ha funcionado en #acampadasol.
Copio y pego de La Vanguardia:
"La Delegación del Gobierno en Madrid permitirá que se vuelvan a congregar los manifestantes adheridos al movimiento de protestas 15-M esta tarde a las 20 horas en la Puerta del Sol, atendiendo a la petición formulada por los convocantes para que se respete el derecho a reunión, han informado a Europa Press fuentes del departamento estatal.
Esta decisión se ha tomado tras una encuentro mantenido la mañana de este miércoles entre la delegada del Gobierno en Madrid, María Dolores Carrión, y varios representantes de este colectivo de protestas. Este encuentro es el segundo que mantienen ambas partes, tras el de ayer.
No obstante, ayer no solicitaron ningún derecho de reunión, por lo que la concentración que se llevó a cabo no fue comunicada ni autorizada por la Delegación. En cambio, quieren que la Asamblea que han anunciado para las 20 horas cuente con permiso para que no sea disuelta por la Policía".
David Bravo a las 04:16 PM | Referencias 0"¿Permitirá?" ¿No habíamos quedado en que notificándolo no hacía falta que dieran permiso? O bien no se ha notificado (pido perdón por mi falta de información), o habría que cambiar el titular (si un periódico pone mal el titular, no lo copies ;-)).

Por un lado la junta de gobierno permite, y por otro lado la junta electoral no permite.

¿Y ahora qué? ¿Se puede recurrir? ¿Servirían otras vías como el defensor del pueblo? ¿Se notifica verbal / por escrito o con que salga en la prensa la gente se tiene que dar por aludida?
