Leo al final de la noticia que Tourné propone una serie de medidas urgentes con el fin de que la industria no desaparezca.

Probablemente sean unas medidas correctas teniendo en cuenta que excluye de tan dramática pérdida a los autores, cuyos trabajos dieron pie a que dicha industria naciera y creciera (vaya si ha crecido), aunque la evolución pasó de largo por ella.

Hablando de series me viene una a la cabeza protagonizada por Timothy Hutton que pintaba bastante y que aun no ha sido estrenada aqui. "5 Days To Midnight" se titula y casi mejor verla en V.O.S ya que los doblajes suelen dejar mucho que desear. Pero no solo ocurre con las series, al menos yo me he bajado pelis en ingles que tardan meses en llegar aqui, como "Cypher", "Haute Tension" o la aun no estrenada cinta de accion futurista -que viene a ser una mezcla de 1984 y un mundo feliz- "Equilibrium". El P2P hace que tengamos más acceso a un material que de otra forma hubiera sido complicado o imposible de conseguir. ¿Quien no se ha bajado alguna vez documentales? Al menos, a mi me encantan y a veces hasta aprendo y me entero de cosas que hubiera sido imposible debido a un TV que manipula, miente y que cada vez programa más basura y deja de lado (o para altas horas de la madrugada) algo que tenga un mínimo de interes o calidad.

Se podrá especular sobre si bajarse "Torrente 3" es delito.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like 'Mixview' that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you're listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of "neighbors" will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune "Social" is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

Hands down, Apple's app store wins by a mile. It's a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I'm not sure I'd want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
