El caso de Naranjaslola.com
Lo he leído en el artículo de Elpais.com:

Dentro del artículo, se habla del caso de Naranjaslola.com
"¿Verdad que no es lógico que uno tenga que hacer publicidad para que no se anuncien otros en las búsquedas de mi propio nombre?", se pregunta Federico Aparici, propietario de NaranjasLola.com. Él mismo se responde: "Lo hago para que no me quiten ningún clic. He llegado a pagar al mes más de 1.500 euros".Aparici fue pionero en vender naranjas por Internet. Tras su estela llegaron los competidores que no dudan en comprar la búsqueda para aprovechar el tirón de su marca. Introduciendo esta palabra en Google, el buscador ofrece anuncios de otros naranjeros. "Google debe ingresar alrededor de 10.000 euros mensuales aprovechándose del gancho de mi marca", dice Aparici.
Si una empresa tiene su marca registrada en España y quiere que otra compañía no utilice su nombre en Google para anunciarse, debe comunicar al buscador que su marca esta registrada. Sin embargo, Aparici asegura que lleva tres años intentando que Google deje de subastar su nombre comercial. Según Google, "si ha comunicado el registro y continúa teniendo problemas, igual hay otros detalles que desconocemos".
Y qué será eso que desconocemos de este caso concreto? Antiguamente, era una estrategia usual la compra de keywords de marcas competidoras para hacer ruido y quitar lectores (que en el fondo no se conseguía ese objetivo. Como mucho duplicabas el usuario, pero no te daba exclusivos. Por qué? porque el que pone en Google La Razón, presuponemos que ya es usuario de ese medio, cuyo hábito de acceso no es directo desde el navegador, sino que usa a Google porque desconoce el dominio o está habituado a navegar así. Haces un buen brandig, y como mucho duplicas audiencia con el rival al que pretendes hacer daño).
Si yo fuese de Naranjaslola.com estaría fastidiado. Ya que en negocios transaccionales esto es una faena. Pero indagaría sobre lo que sucede con mi marca y los motivos que argumenta Google para no bloquear la Keyword. Naranjaslola vende a naranjas a 2.000 familias en España y podría vender muchas más si buscara keywords en un mercado disputadísimo. Desde luego, tiene mejor copy que todas las demás: "Vendemos a 2.000 familias. Súmate"
Su estrategia defensiva, hasta que aclare lo del registro de marca, es buena, pero deberían plantearse atacar en PPC. Véis, aquí si compraría mi propia marca...

Hay algo que no termino de entender...
Realmente las otras campañas no se anuncian por su marca si no por naranjas...¿no? Y por eso salen al buscar por "naranjas lola".
Y si busco "naranjaslola", en esa búsqueda ¿no se anuncia? es tan válida como "naranjas lola" ¿no?

gracias por tu comentario. La keyword "naranja" es libre, puede anunciarse quien sea. Naranjaslola.com es una marca registrada por (entiendo yo) Naranjaslola que no sé si su marca es Naranjas Lola; Naranjaslola, o naranjaslolas.com... Puede que en esto radique el problema. Imaginemos, si la empresa está registrada como Naranjaslola.com, entonces Google debería bloquear esa keyword a cualquiera que quiera hacer publicidad adwords con esa keyword. Cosa que no sucede. Si pones Naranjaslola.com en el buscador, verás que hay dos campañas de PPC de naranjamania.com y otra de hortalbagarces. Si pones solo naranjaslola hay tres campañas (las de antes más otra de quieronaranjas.com). Y si pones Naranjas lola verás que hay miles de anunciantes, entre ellos la propia empresa naranjaslola.com para combatir el PPC de los competidores.
Luego Google hace algo mal, ya que Naranjaslola.com tiene que tener una de estas tres marcas registradas y esa debería ser clausurada en PPC. Lo que no acabod entender es aq ué s erefiere Google con eso de "si ha comunicado el registro y continúa teniendo problemas, igual hay otros detalles que desconocemos". Lo deberían explicar...

Aunque en ese caso Google sí que ha bloqueado a otros anunciantes, me llama la atención que siga existiendo un enlace patrocinado. Todos sabemos que muchos usuarios pincharán en la primera opción sin distinguir si es de pago o no ¿Puede ser que Google le "obligue" a seguir permaneciendo como anunciante? ¿Qué es esto, una especie de impuesto revolucionario?
De todas maneras, creo que Google utiliza un doble rasero para grandes anunciantes y no le importa fastidiar a empresas modestas, ya que esto les reporta beneficios.

No, creo que es una estrategia de su agencia de PPC, con la que no estoy de acuerdo. El otro día puse el mismo ejemplo en este blog: http://www.filmica.com/audiencias/archivos/009154.html
Lo que quieren es reafirmar su posición a un coste bajo. Yo discrepo, sobre todo si en natural tienes más de 4 posiciones ganadas.
Lo segundo que apuntas, estou de acuerdo. Creo que Google a veces con el pequeño abusa. Y esto mal!!
