8 Reglas para el éxito en la selección de los KPI´s de tu negocio, por Avinash

Las ocho reglas de Avinash para entrar en cielo de KPI:
En Inglés:
#1: Start simple, start direct, and please start with Outcomes!
#2: Leverage metrics that identify success for areas where you spend the largest efforts.
#3: Wean your Marketers off the “one night stand” mentality, do pan session analysis.
#4: If you can’t segment a Key Performance Indicator, you have picked the wrong one.
#5: Even “brand” and “site usage” can be measured, Loyalty rocks!
#6: If your short list of KPI’s don’t include a couple that report customer voice directly then you will Never be as successful as you should be.
#7: Using KPI’s that can tie back to the “old world” and “traditional metrics” and help you bring people to the current age.
#8: Not using Competitive Intelligence KPI’s can be considered a crime against humanity!
En castellano: (qué difícil es traducir a este hombre)!
1: ¡Comience simple, comience directo, y comience por favor con resultados!
2: Seleccione las métricas que identifican el éxito para las áreas donde usted deposita los esfuerzos más grandes.
3: Filtre el análisis de la sesión. Mentalice a sus hombres de ventas...
4: Si usted no puede dividir un indicador de funcionamiento en segmentos dominantes, usted ha escogido el incorrecto.
5: ¡Incluso “el valor de marca” y la “usabilidad del site” se pueden medir!
6: Si su lista corta de KPI´s no incluye un par de ellos que le doten de voz al cliente directamente, entonces nunca será tan acertado como debería.
7: Usando KPI que puede ligar al “Viejo Mundo” y a la “métrica tradicional” y ayudarle a traer a gente a la edad actual. Has de contribuir a unir mundos de Research. Traerles al online.
8: ¡Si no le pones inteligencia competitiva, el KPI se puede considerar un crimen contra humanidad!
